Easter week at CA 2025

a snapshot of celebrations
What an incredible joy it is to celebrate Easter throughout our campus. Easter is always a meaningful time on campus, and this year was no exception. From EC3 through Grade 12, students encountered the truth of the resurrection through chapel, lessons, and hands-on activities that brought the message to life.
Our all-school Easter chapel was a special time of worship for the entire student body. A highlight this year came from our EC3 students, who shared the Easter story using Resurrection Eggs—each egg holding a symbol of the journey from the triumphal entry to the empty tomb.
Around campus, classrooms found creative ways to reflect on and celebrate the season. In Grade 2, Mrs. Duke’s class baked her annual resurrection rolls—wrapping marshmallows in dough and watching them disappear, a reminder of the empty tomb. Kindergarten celebrated “Peep Day” with fun, learning-filled activities like measuring Peeps, building Peep houses in a STEM challenge, and testing how different liquids affect them.
Early Childhood and Kindergarten hosted a outdoor egg hunts and popsicle parties, giving families time to gather, connect, and celebrate together. Grades 4 and 5 headed to the football field for a huge egg hunt, while other Lower School classes enjoyed classroom celebrations with crafts, games, and snacks alongside classmates and visiting families.
Easter wasn’t just observed—it was experienced in meaningful ways across every grade. It was a week full of truth, joy, and purpose.
Happy Easter, Warriors! He is Risen!
“But the angel said to the women, ‘Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here, for he is risen, as he said. Come see the place where he lay.’”
