The Early Application Window for new students begins November 15th and ends January 1st. Applications submitted during this time will receive priority attention and undergo a review process, allowing our admissions team to get to know your family and child.
Don’t worry if you miss the Early Application Window. Please plan to attend our Open House on February 15th and apply on February 16th when the regular application season opens.

There is a $100 non-refundable application fee for all grades.

Yes. There is a $250 non-refundable enrollment fee for all grades.

The Admission Committee evaluates a student’s potential academic success based on screening results, academic records, and recommendations. Among other factors considered for entrance into Christ Academy are character, interests, ability, a record of achievement, parent and student commitment to learning, available classroom space, and the school's ability to serve the student's individual needs.

Once all documentation has been reviewed by the Admissions Committee, you will be notified promptly whether admission is being offered or denied.

Yes. The cost of a college-preparatory program like Christ Academy is sometimes difficult for some families. Predicting whether a family will qualify for a scholarship is challenging, as circumstances vary dramatically and the demand for assistance changes each year. If, after reviewing the cost of tuition, your family feels that paying full tuition would be a financial burden, we recommend you apply for our financial assistance program.

The military grant is for dependent children of active members of the military, the Reserves, or the National Guard. No paperwork exists to qualify for this scholarship, but a Military ID is required.

The average classroom size from grades K-8 is 15 students per class.

We offer 1:1 developmentally appropriate technology from EC3 through Grade 12. Students are taught to authentically and on an ongoing basis use technology that mirrors the workforce, such as Microsoft Teams for video conferencing and our Learning Management software system for shared work files.
Because of the 1:1 ratio, students in our program can remote into the classroom or participate in distance learning at all grade levels when they cannot come to school due to illness or vacation.

Yes. EC3 – 8th grade students have a casual uniform and a dress uniform for chapel. Grades 9-12 have no required daily uniform, but wear their dress uniform on chapel day. See uniform standards here.

Yes. However, we strongly encourage you to visit our campus and experience the Christ Academy community in person before beginning the application process. Plan a visit now.

When a class section has reached its capacity, but a family is interested in joining our school, we recommend they continue with our admissions process. We sometimes have openings for students on our wait list, and families will be notified when a space becomes available.

The school day begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:15 p.m.

Yes. Club Warrior is available for students up through grade 5 from the time that children are dismissed from their regular classrooms until 5:30 pm. This time includes homework time, enrichment, snacks and fun! The cost for Club Warrior is not included in tuition. Learn more now: Club Warrior

Yes. Before School care is free to every student and begins at 7:30 a.m. in the cafeteria.
