Grade 5 | Arts in Education Field Trip

Mrs. Thomas’ fifth grade had an “ Arts in Education “ field trip on Friday, 12.7.18. They were taught by Mrs. Rachel Liles at her studio How Great Thou Art.

Mrs Liles made learning so much fun as she taught everyone about mixing and blending paints to add depth and layers to each canvas. Attendees, including many parents & grandparents,  painted a Christmas picture using several brushes as well as their fingers. We hope to make this an annual December field trip for the 5th grade.
