Math, Science and U

Last weekend 2 JH students attended the the 20th annual Math, Science and U event at Midwestern State University.  Anna San Miguel & Faryn Frerichs went to mini workshops intended to grow their interest interest in math, science and STEM.  

Workshops included: making hydrogen ions, testing water samples from area lakes, dissecting owl pellets and learning to make circuits.  Mrs. Sam Ross, the JH department head, has been bringing girls to the event for the past 6 years.
